Yes, we have a build in cut function in our Tufting Gun H1.
1.4 I'm unable to find the regulator in the packaging.
The regulator comes pre installed on your Tufting Gun H1.
So you won't be able to find it seperate in the packaging.
1.5 What tips can help maintain the tufting gun in good condition?
- First-Time Use: Start by practicing on scrap fabric to get comfortable with the gun’s richer work modes.
- Regular Maintenance: Clean the gun regularly and avoid prolonged use to prevent overheating, ensuring the tool remains safe and effective.
1.6 What precautions should be taken when children are around?
The tufting gun is intended for adult use. It has been designed with safety in mind, but it should not be used by children without adult supervision to ensure their safety.
1.7 What is the pile height of our loops with our Tufting Gun H1?
The pile height is approx. 15mm and cannot be adjusted. The Tufting Gun H1 only support cut-pile.
1.8 What kind of charger comes with the tufting gun, and what are its specifications?
The tufting gun comes with a high-quality 65W USB-C Power Adapter.

1.9 What types of yarn are best for tufting?
We recommend two types of yarn:
- Soft Tufting Yarn (Cotton-Acrylic Blend): Perfect for creating plush, soft rugs and intricate 3D decorations.
- Durable Carpet Yarn (Wool-Cashmere-Nylon Blend): Ideal for making larger rugs that need to withstand high traffic and offer some waterproof capabilities.
1.10 How do I ensure compatibility with adhesives for my project?
For optimal performance, it's important to use glue that is compatible with your specific project. We recommend purchasing our Clawlab Adhesive Powder Comb.
If you do prefer to use a different glue we recommend to double check the compatibility before using it on your designs.
1.11 What should I consider for storage and accessories?
Storage: Store the tufting gun in a dry, well-ventilated area to protect it from damage.
Accessories: Always use original accessories to maintain the safe operation and performance of the gun.
1.12 Why does my device often not respond when I press the trigger?
Check if the indicator light ring is illuminated. If it’s not lit, ensure the adapter and power connection are properly inserted and that the device is powered on. If the light is on and displays yellow, the device is in self-lock mode.In this case, press the MODE button located behind the gun to resume normal operation.
